Lai Lai Clark is starring in Peacock‘s hit new reality series Siwas Dance Pop Revolution.
What inspired you to become a dancer?
My mom put me in dance because I was 3 & I wouldn’t stop climbing on everything. She caught me at the top of the pantry, lol!
What areas of dance you do focus on the most?
I love Hip Hop and Acro!
How did you get the audition for Siwa Pop Dance Revolution?
My dance teacher at the time Mrs. Tria posted the casting call on Facebook. Thanks, Mrs. Tria!
What was the audition process like for the show?
Super Fun! I had to send in a video and then go to LA an audition for Jessalyn & JoJo Siwa.
What was a typical day of filming on the show?
On set for 7 hours a day dancing & singing. You can order any food you want. Any snacks you want. The studio was Beautiful. It was a fabulous experience!
What was it like meeting JoJo Siwa and her mom Jessalyn for the first time?
I was already a fan so it was a really special moment. I was so happy. Couldn’t stop smiling.
What’s it like to have cameras follow you and your mom around all day?
Awesome! Made me feel like a superstar!
What was your favorite part about filming the show?
Getting to work with Mrs. Jessalyn & JoJo. Also getting to meet new friends.
Any advice to somebody your age who wants to get on a reality tv show or work in the entertainment industry?
Yes, Go For It! And take that extra dance class 🙂
Any future projects coming up that you’d like to share?
I am working on a new song and taking acting lessons. Watch out world because here I come!
